  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  • Final sale or clearance items (if indicated as “non-returnable” at checkout).

  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order products.

    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

    • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (for a different color, size, or model), please contact us to arrange the exchange.

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order for tracking and security purposes.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
