  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Times

  • Worldwide Air Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped by air freight with tracking.

  • Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • If your tracking number does not update within a few days, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan your package.
