At FANGCASE, we ship all orders via air freight for secure and reliable worldwide delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times

  • Worldwide Air Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped by air freight with tracking.

  • Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • If your tracking number does not update within a few days, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan your package.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable, except where the refund is required due to an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect item, or where the product arrives damaged or defective.

For returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not caused by us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If an item is returned because it is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise due to an error on our part, we will be responsible for the reasonable return shipping costs.

Any original shipping fees and return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with the specific circumstances of the order and applicable laws.
